I work for WSO2 Cloud: http://cloud.wso2.com - and basically all software that we use and create is open source. (In fact, I must also say kudos to the Jenkins team - we use Jenkins in our App Cloud for the continuous integration and continuous deployment part of the functionality.)
However, as Robin rightly mentioned, open source is more than just the code. It is also about the openness inside the company (we are very flat and everyone can pretty much participate in any discussions and activities) and to the outside world (most of our discussions are on public mailing lists.)
These things make a huge difference to the way companies work!
