Homeroaster crafts a pumpkin spice latte the open source way

I like the comparison of a coffee roast to a steak--never thought of it that way! And, it would suggest that Starbucks is typically the over-cooked, burned, and tough well-done steak of coffee roasting. Great article! So, when are you bringing in your espresso machine to make Erik and I some pumpkin spice lattes?
