Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a question we receive often. Because we're supported by Red Hat, we're limited to doing contests and giveaways in countries that the company's legal team has already checked our terms and conditions against. (Restrictions can vary widely from country to country.) We hear you loud and clear and hope to open up future contests to more countries, but for the time being we're limited to a select few.
