Patch into The Matrix at the Linux command line

I didn't find cmatrix to consume a lot of CPU, but, I would assume the actual Matrix to be a little heavy on processor load.

Have a cow at the Linux command line

My distro came with some other cow files that were not, uh, family appropriate. I opted to leave those out of the main article, but yeah, it's definitely worth looking through the full options list. :)
