Yes! USB Ethernet adapter or USB WiFi dongle.
Raspberry Pi's hardware isn't open source. We're an educational charity and the money we make from licensing the sale of Pis funds our education projects (teacher training). Are you currently using an open source hardware PC? I doubt it.
However, our operating system distribution is of course open source, and pretty much all the hardware and firmware we create - including the Sense HAT's Python library.
