Happy to help, Peter! And I know what you mean - sometimes it's nice to see it all spelled out, especially when one's brain is otherwise occupied with lesson plans and syllabi.
It's not for everyone, and it's a system I myself only use in certain circumstances. It does accurately reflect that Emacs is a tool with the Versatile and Finesse attributes (look, a D&D 5e reference!)
