Claudia, I don't know what PST is but if you want to try transcoding, check out FFMPEG. The best thing to do is to try it. Transcode, every night, all night long. Wake up in the morning and see what the results were.

Great story, Sreenivas. We use Linux at work as well, and it's amazing to see what the unique blend of being able to innovate and be creative ends up producing.
